Professional Road Travel provides road trip planning services, including but not limited to route planning, accommodation booking, vehicle rentals, and travel support. Services are subject to availability and may be modified without notice.

Booking and Cancellation

All bookings are subject to our cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 15-30 days before departure incur a 25% fee. Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Professional Road Travel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
